I'm also serving up some Black-Bottomed Chocolate Mousse Pie created by our baking class last night. A graham-cracker crust topped with chocolate ganache and silky Chocolate Mousse - delicious!

We're switching up the Chef's Choice Specials today.

We're doing the Rueben again with Boar's Head corned beef and housemade kraut. Served open faced on our housemade Rye. Veggie version available.

We also have Mauvette's Jerk Chicken Salad (w/ almonds) on a croissant. The spice of the Jerk and the creaminess are a great match and the salad is placed on a bed of fresh mixed greens. $7

Our veggie option for today is Charlie's Lemon Broccoli Risotto. Romano cheese and tomatoes also come into play in this sizable dish that is served with a piece of housemade garlic bread. $7

Bacon time!
