Wednesday Weck! Let's get wecked!

I know...completely corny, but we do have the Beef on Weck sandwich special today! Thinly sliced Roast Beef, freshly-grated horseradish and greens topping our housemade Kimmelweck Roll - a soft, chewy roll topped with caraway seeds and pretzel salt.
